  • We’ve taken the guesswork out of making better choices daily. We understand that the general presumption of “healthy” food is that it is lacking in flavor and fun. However, this is not how we approach better choice options. Our philosophies are simple - full of flavor, eye-catching, and taste great. We aim to make better choice options the go-to options. Eating better does not mean that you cannot have a cookie or fries, it simply means balance to us and we provide this in all of our menus, plus made it incredibly easy to locate and reward you for purchasing!  


    The wellness program makes it easy for you to identify better choice food options when you dine with us and provides you with resources to build a healthy lifestyle.  


    Healthy meals can be easily identified through The Commons, Provisions and The Wye by looking for the FIT icon. Food that qualifies as FIT is moderate in total calories, saturated fat and sodium, according to guideliens that were developed to be consistent with current dietary recommendations. All FIT items are prepared by our culinary team using recipes which are reviewed by our team of FLIK Registered Dietitians.
