Remy Shields, Registered Dietitian
Remy practices a balanced eating approach and believes that all foods can fit into a healthy diet and lifestyle. Combining her culinary and dietetics background, she enjoys hosting culinary demonstrations and finding innovative and fun ways to teach others about nutrition. Remy earned her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship from Life University and AS in Baking & Pastry from Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte.
