Tara has been with Flik Hospitality for over 3 years. She brings many years of experience in food service management. In her free time she enjoys running ultra marathons. She is also very proud of her son, Ethan, who is in his 3rd year at Virginia Tech.

Ivy’s passion for nutrition began during her childhood when her mom shared with her how her food choices impact her health in the long run. Her passion for heath and wellness continued to grow as she learned the science behind how our bodies use the nutrients from food to fuel our every day activities. Since then her goals is to share with others simple changes they can make today that positively impact their health that are not restrictive and difficult to maintain. All foods can be part of a balanced healthy diet including dessert!
Ivy obtained her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and completed her dietetic internship at Cornell University She has been working for FLIK since April, 2017.
