    General Manager

    Tony brings over 19 years of hospitality experience, including the past decade in progressive senior leadership roles within contract dining operations. Born in Hampton, Virginia, and raised in Philadelphia, he relocated to Baltimore in 2009 to pursue his education, earning a degree in Hospitality Management.

    Tony has gained extensive experience across multiple sectors of the industry, including corporate dining, hotels, private clubs, higher education, convention centers, hospitals and senior living communities. He has held several multi-unit leadership roles, with notable experience leading dining operations at the Baltimore Convention Center, Drexel University, Georgetown University Hospital, Charles E Life Smith Communities and the Basilica of the National Shrine.

    Tony is recognized for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional dining programs that emphasize customer excellence and memorable culinary experiences. He finds enjoyment outside of work exploring new restaurants in DC / Baltimore, traveling , visiting family in Philly & Las Vegas..

    Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations in San Antonio, Texas, before relocating back to Baltimore. Reflecting on his new role, He shared, “I’m thrilled to be working at FLIK- Under Armour. When I think of my home, it = Baltimore; I can’t imagine a better organization that represents this incredible city. I look forward to working with all the team mates around campus.

    Ivy’s passion for nutrition began during her childhood when her mom shared with her how her food choices impact her health in the long run. Her passion for heath and wellness continued to grow as she learned the science behind how our bodies use the nutrients from food to fuel our every day activities. Since then her goals is to share with others simple changes they can make today that positively impact their health that are not restrictive and difficult to maintain. All foods can be part of a balanced healthy diet including dessert!


    Ivy obtained her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and completed her dietetic internship at Cornell University She has been working for FLIK since April, 2017.
