We can accommodate groups of nearly any size, though there may be restrictions on supplying certain menu items for very large or very small groups. Recharge your meetings with mini food breaks to keep everyone fueld up!

  • Hey! I'm Timothy, a Culinary Institute of America Alumni with a love for people, food, and events. I spent time in Colorado as Banquet Captain, then found my way to Virginia to work as a Fresh Foods Manager in Grocery Retail, and I have now transitioned to be a part of the FLIK team as of the summer of 2021.

    When not at work, I find myself focused on my wife (who also works for FLIK) and our two cats, and when I'm not dreaming of our next Royal Caribbean Cruise, I am an avid cyclist, love cooking with friends, a movie theater fanatic, a bourbon aficionado, and I generally find myself spending a fair amount of time eating! There is truly nothing better in life than great food and good company, and I look forward to sharing that with everyone.

  • Tiffany Francis joins the Flik Hospitality Team at Leidos HQ as the Director of Catering. With over 15 years of catering sales and events management experience, Tiffany's extensive background in restaurants and hotels includes all facets of day-to-day event details, logistics, vendor relations, budgets, operations, and staff management. Her attention to detail, dependability and desire to foster strong relationships, will make it easy for her to provide superior service and acquire your trust. Good at wearing multiple hats, Tiffany is adept at responding quickly to changing circumstances, while always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude!

    When she's not planning events, Tiffany enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants; but most importantly spending time with her family and friends- Creating memories and experiences that will last a lifetime!

  • ​Ed holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Management from the Culinary Institute of America.  After graduating, he refined his craft in some of the best fine dining restaurants in Napa Valley and San Francisco.  Ed developed a passion for tasting menus, farmer's markets, and pasta in the kitchens of Thomas Keller (Bouchon) and Michael Tusk (Quince).

    Ed returned to the East coast in 2008.  He wanted to further challenge himself and decided to change culinary paths.  Ed obtained the Executive Pastry Chef position at Restaurant Eve as a completely self-taught pastry chef.  After two years, he decided to open his own boutique catering company.  Ed continued with this venture for 10 years, working in such prestigious locations as the White House and Smithsonian Museums.  During this time, he found an affinity for BBQ and teaching culinary classes.  Ed established a pop-up BBQ company in 2021, specializing in traditional Texas brisket.  Ed's 25 years of culinary experience has led him Leidos, where he hopes to share his passion for food and service.

    In his spare time, Ed loves to stay active.  Snowboarding, surfing, and basketball are among his favorite activities.  He has 3 wonderful children whom he prefers to spend most of his free time with.


  • Kelly Paico - Catering Captain​

    I’m from Peru and I immigrated here about 20 years ago. I am a single mother to my 14 year old daughter. One of the things I enjoy doing outside of work is going out with my daughter and spending time with her. I also enjoy sitting down and having coffee with my closest friends, and just talking. Something I love about working at Leidos is sharing my passion for catering with my fellow coworkers. Being able to help and guide them with my knowledge, in the work.

  • ​I'm from El Salvador, in my spare time I like to exercise, cook, watch movies, and spend time with my girls. I love going out to eat with friends too!

    Working for Leidos is a great work environment and the people are so respectful, kind, and they make me feel comfortable at work!



  • Raquel Lopez - Catering Captain

    I am from Bolivia, and I emmigrated to the US in 2001. I am very grateful to have my entire family with me.

    I love to travel, explore places and try different types of food. I love animals, nature, and readind- I don't like cold weather at all.

    My favorite part of working at Leidos is the wonderful people that make up the team!

    I was born and raised in Bucaramanga, Columbia. I have a daughter and 3 grandchildren. In my free time, I like to spend time with family and my two dogs, Lolita & Sophia.

    ​Oscar was born in San Salvador, El Salvador in February 1990. He moved to USA in November 2021. He likes to travel with his wife and dog.

    He likes working at Leidos and making coffee drinks for our customers. He also likes to help out our catering team when there are events and making specialty cocktails.

  • Myriam Osorio - Catering Attendant

    I immigrated from Peru 15 years ago. My favorite dish from my country is Peruvian Ceviche and a Pisco Sour. A must try!

    My daily routine at work is to organize all the pantries. My favorite thing about Leidos is interacting with the people and giving the best hospitality service.

  • Tatiana Vasquez - Catering Attendant

    I am 20 years old and I’m from Sterling, VA. I began working at Leidos in the Spring of 2022 and can say it’s my favorite job I’ve had so far. What I enjoy most about working here is the care-free and friendly environment. Everyone is very kind and always ready to strike up a conversation, which I really value. Outside of work, I like going on nature walks, attending raves, spending time with friends and family, reading and playing guitar. I also plan to study business management in the Fall.

  • John Kelly is from Cork, Ireland and now lives in Arlington, Virginia. He has lived in the United States since 2002 and has worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years, mostly in hotels and restaurants. His favorite part of the work is helping people and quickly anticipating their needs. In his spare time, he likes coaching his kids' soccer teams, routing for Manchester United, and watching Irish sports.
