    We understand that planning an event, whether a small meeting or a large gathering, can be demanding and time consuming. Allow our experts to work with you in creating the program your business requires while keeping your budget in mind at all times. 

    Our FLIK team will assist you with placing orders through local vendors and then will receive, set up, maintain, and breakdown your catering. There are also multiple beverage set-up options available through FLIK for you to utilize throughout the course of your meeting or event. Just log into Spoonfed to relay your order and/or select your beverage needs, then your FLIK team will take care of the rest!

    Our creative FLIK team can provide an extensive array of high quality food and beverage options to meet your budget for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and receptions. We can accommodate groups of nearly any size, though there may be restrictions on supplying certain menu items for very large or very small groups. Recharge your meetings with mini food breaks to keep everyone fueld up!

  • Timothy is a Culinary Institute of America Alumni with a love for people, food, and events. He spent time in Colorado as Banquet Captain, then found his way to Virginia to work as a Fresh Foods Manager in Grocery Retail, and transitioned to be a part of the FLIK team as of the summer of 2021.

    When not at work, I find myself focused on my daughter and wife (who also works for FLIK) and our two cats. When I'm not dreaming of our next Royal Caribbean Cruise, I am training for my next triathlon, love cooking with friends, a movie theater fanatic, a bourbon aficionado, and I generally find myself spending a fair amount of time eating! There is truly nothing better in life than great food and good company, and I look forward to sharing that with everyone.

  • John Kelly is from Cork, Ireland and now lives in Arlington, Virginia. He has lived in the United States since 2002 and has worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years, mostly in hotels and restaurants. His favorite part of the work is helping people and quickly anticipating their needs. In his spare time, he likes coaching his kids' soccer teams, routing for Manchester United, and watching Irish sports. 



  • ​Chef Samuel Bonner has spent the last decade mastering the culinary arts and hospitality management in San Diego. With experience ranging from fine dining to beachside wood-fired cooking, he boasts a diverse skill set that enhances every dining experience. Passionate about mentoring others in the service industry, Samuel focuses on elevating both kitchen operations and front-of-house service.

    Outside the kitchen, Samuel loves exploring the great outdoors with his partner in life Renae and their three children. Whether they're swimming, hiking, or camping in Southern California's mountains and deserts, family adventures fuel his spirit. In his downtime, he enjoys working out, 4-wheeling, reading, and traveling, always seeking new experiences and flavors.

  • Tiffany Francis joins the Flik Hospitality Team at Leidos HQ as the Director of Catering. With over 15 years of catering sales and events management experience, Tiffany's extensive background in restaurants and hotels includes all facets of day-to-day event details, logistics, vendor relations, budgets, operations, and staff management. Her attention to detail, dependability and desire to foster strong relationships, will make it easy for her to provide superior service and acquire your trust. Good at wearing multiple hats, Tiffany is adept at responding quickly to changing circumstances, while always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude!

    When she's not planning events, Tiffany enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants; but most importantly spending time with her family and friends- Creating memories and experiences that will last a lifetime!

  • Gene Sohn,  a native of Washington DC started as a dishwasher while in school and working his way up the brigade system, he turned down an Ivy League education to pursue life in the kitchen. With over 25 years of restaurant experience, mostly in fine dining working with Michelin starred chefs such as Michel Richard and Robert Weidmaier he has learned the artistry and craftsmanship that is needed in the kitchen. Gene has spent the last several years on the West Coast discovering and exploring new food ideas and trends. From Michelin to Mac n Cheese he has been able to hone his skills. He also loves to surf and spend time with his German Shepherd “Gary”


  • Kelly Paico - Assistant Catering Manager

    I’m from Peru and I immigrated here about 20 years ago. I am a single mother to my 16 year old daughter. One of the things I enjoy doing outside of work is going out with my daughter and spending time with her. I also enjoy sitting down and having coffee with my closest friends, and just talking. Something I love about working at Leidos is sharing my passion for catering with my fellow coworkers. Being able to help and guide them with my knowledge, in the work.

  • ​I'm from El Salvador, in my spare time I like to exercise, cook, watch movies, and spend time with my girls. I love going out to eat with friends too!

    ​Oscar was born in San Salvador, El Salvador in February 1990. He moved to USA in November 2021. He likes to travel with his wife and dog.

    He likes working at Leidos and making coffee drinks for our customers. He also likes to help out our catering team when there are events and making specialty cocktails.

    I immigrated from Peru 15 years ago. My favorite dish from my country is Peruvian Ceviche and a Pisco Sour. A must try!

    My daily routine at work is to organize all the pantries. My favorite thing about Leidos is interacting with the people and giving the best hospitality service.

  • Tatiana Vasquez - Catering Captain

    I began working at Leidos in the Spring of 2022 and can say it’s my favorite job I’ve had so far. What I enjoy most about working here is the care-free and friendly environment. Everyone is very kind and always ready to strike up a conversation, which I really value. Outside of work, I like going on nature walks, attending raves, spending time with friends and family, reading and playing guitar.
