    Our new room reservation system, Event Management System (EMS), has replaced AgilQuest. EMS provides a one-stop solution for your conference room reservations and catering request. Access the Web App for EMS to get started. For assistance setting up your EMS profile, please contact the Concierge Team at 312.653.8900.

  • HCSC Catering: Fast, Fresh, Convenient!

    On-site catering services are available through FLIK Hospitality!  Our menu includes options for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages.  Catering orders are conveniently delivered and picked up at your location.  We also offer full service catering for evening receptions and dinners.  We will customize a menu and bar package for your event and coordinate wait staff, linen, and décor. ​
