  • Dana Lemke is a FLIK Registered Dietitian

    Dana’s deep commitment to helping others through food and lifestyle changes inspired her to become a dietitian, understanding the significant role nutrition plays in overall well-being. This led her to pursue both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in nutrition before moving to Chicago, where she fulfilled her dietetic internship. Dana began her career at a non-profit organization, providing nutrition counseling to underserved communities. While Dana cherishes the personal connection of one-on-one counseling, she has been embracing a broader impact with FLIK by offering lunch and learns, cooking classes, and wellness programs. She is also focused on enhancing the Motiva, vegan, vegetarian, avoiding gluten, and avoiding milk offerings in HCSC FLIK cafes, ensuring a variety of nutritious and delicious options to support the community’s health. In her free time, Dana loves to experiment with new recipes, explore different workout classes, care for her cat Fancy, and tend to her plants.
