A graduate of Johnson & Wales, Jonathan’s diverse expertise spans every facet of the industry, from owning a successful bagel shop and deli to serving as a strategic consultant and mentor to rising talent.
His technical precision and artistry were further refined at some of the nation’s most esteemed Michelin-recognized establishments. His portfolio includes experience at the Michelin-starred Rebelle in New York City, the Michelin-starred Plume at The Jefferson Hotel in D.C., and the Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient Hazel. These high-pressure, world-class environments solidified his reputation for high-caliber craft and creative vision.While his professional accolades are extensive, Jonathan’s greatest inspiration remains his four-year-old daughter. As a proud father, he balances the fast-paced energy of the kitchen with a deep devotion to family life.
