The Healthy Habits (H²) program makes it easy for you to identify better choice food options when you dine with us and provides you with resources to build a healthy lifestyle.
Healthy meals can be easily identified throughout campus by looking for the H² icon. Food that qualifies as H² is moderate in total calories, saturated fat and sodium, according to guidelines that were developed to be consistent with current dietary recommendations. All H² items are prepared by our culinary team using recipes which are reviewed by our team of Registered Dietitians.
