Keira is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University. She completed her dietetic internship at Cornell University and University of Rochester Medical Center. Keira has been with FLIK since 2016, bringing health and wellness expertise to a variety of settings, from corporate cafes to senior living communities. Her personal food & nutrition philosophy is to be adventurous, listen to your body, and enjoy your food! She seeks to eliminate stress around making food choices to help people be their happiest, healthiest selves.
