Angie leads the cooking at our Entree station, preparing a wide range of cuisines to ensure our customers have a variety of tasty options each day.

Chef Victor assumed the role of FMC's Chef Manager on Sept 6th, 2022. He brings over 30 years of experience to FMC and has worked in a variety of settings which include cruise ships, country clubs, and corporate dining. His favorite meal to prepare is homemade pasta on a Sunday afternoon. When not at work, you can find Chef Victor shooting pool and fishing.
