Hello, I'm Marco Grave’ de Peralta, your Chef Manager at McKesson Jacksonville. 

I have been a part of McKesson Jacksonville, as the Chef Manager since June of 2021. I came from a neighboring FLIK account once it was closed due to covid. I'm extremely excited to be a part of the McKesson team that is spread across the US. Can't wait for the day that we open our doors to the McKesson Jax family to provide you with great healthy food and excellent customer service.

I am originally from Miami Florida, I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY with an AOS Degree in Culinary Arts and Baking. My Foodservice background consists of Pastry Chef of the Saloon Restaurant in South Philadelphia, Executive Pastry Chef of the PGA National Resort and Spa, Executive Chef/Dietary Manager of The Farley Center in Williamsburg VA,  Executive Chef/Dietary Manager of Lakeview Health in Jacksonville, Chef/Manager at Web.com in Jacksonville.
