      Jaclyn utilizes her passion and knowledge of nutrition and culinary arts to create simple, sustainable, and enjoyable approaches to wellness for everyone she works with. 

      After working as both a clinical inpatient and outpatient dietitian, she attended The Culinary Institute of America to elevate her skill set both in the kitchen and in her nutrition practice. 

      Jaclyn's passion for people, excitement for delicious yet nutritious foods, and exploration of culture is at the core of her everyday work. She believes health is multidimensional and should always be approached with a person's individualized needs in mind. Her career aspiration is to continue to serve and educate individuals and communities on the importance of their lifestyle choices while incorporating hands-on culinary skills that focus on enriching their health.
