    The District features an eclectic variety of individual venues, each with their own unique name, identity and menu - making order and pick-up a breeze.

    Reducing Waste and Fostering Sustainability

    Coca-Cola Dining is focused on providing and fostering sustainable practices throughout all aspects of our operation, including:

    • Using seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible
    • Composting back-of-house and tray belt waste
    • Utilizing digital tools for real-time tracking of food waste and carbon emissions, which informs menu planning and offerings
    • Providing sustainable and/or compostable packaging on to-go containers
    • Having select kitchen equipment that promotes sustainability, reduces water and energy use, increases efficiencies, and promotes best-practices regarding waste, including:
      • SOMAT – extracts water from food wastes and reduces our waste up to 80%
      • Kitchen hood system – uses minimal energy
      • Dishwasher – uses minimal water and reduced detergent consumption; low energy
      • Induction cook tops – uses up to 90% less energy than traditional burners
    We've also taken the guess work out of recycling by centralizing all disposal to the Tray Return station behind Jacobs'. Just drop your tray, dishes, landfill and recycling waste and we'll take care of the rest ensuring we recycle as much as possible.
