  • Tracy Wilczek MS RDN LDN FAND
    Regional Wellness Director FLIK Hospitality

    Tracy has been with FLIK since 2012. As part of FLIK's Wellness Team she helps develop wellness content and monthly marketing, conducts wellness, quality assurance and allergy training, and manages FLIK's recipe database.

    Tracy has a Culinary Nutrition degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, completed her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA , and received her Master's Degree from NYU in New York, NY.

    Previously, Tracy worked at the Pritikin Longevity Center focusing on wellness and cardiovascular health. Tracy is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, having served in the House of Delegates, Council on Future Practice, Nominating Committee, and Committee for Lifelong Learning.

    Tracy is here to promote wellness initiatives and advance recipe development for your FLIK café.

    • Laura Kim, RD, LDN, Regional Wellness Manager, FLIK Hospitality

      Laura is a registered dietitian and a regional wellness manager for Flik Hospitality. As part of FLIK's Wellness Team, she helps promote wellness initiatives, develops wellness content and monthly marketing, and helps ensure allergen safety.

      She completed her undergraduate degree at Northeastern University, first starting her career in graphic design. Later as a personal trainer, she saw firsthand the dramatic effects healthy eating had on her clients' overall health and well-being. This prompted her to continue her education in nutrition and dietetics at Simmons College. She then completed her dietetic internship at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital, where she later worked as an outpatient clinical dietitian in various departments. Prior to re-joining Flik, Laura was recently the Director of Clinical Operations for an oncology nutrition startup.

      A lover of food, she is passionate about helping people eat a balance of healthy foods that are also delicious and enjoyable.
