Chef Dale’s passion for food began at a young age spending weekends cooking with his family in Colorado. It wasn’t long before that passion ignited and Chef Dale was given the opportunity to train under Chef Christophe Negrel, former Head Chef to the Prime Minister of France. He continued with his formal training at Johnson & Wales University and was part of a culinary team that took 2ndin the nation and Canada in a DECA sponsored competition. After holding various head chef positions in the New England for 13 years, Dale moved to California in 2014. When not developing new creations in the kitchen, Dale enjoys spending time off-roading in his Jeep, hiking and mountain biking.
