Introducing the Savour App
The Savour app is replacing QuickCharge for preordering deli, grill, and coffee beverages – and earning rewards while you dine.

- 2 points per $1 on FIT items
- $3 reward for every 50 points earned
How to Get Started
- Search for “Savour" in the App Store or Google Play. Install and open the app.
- Enter registration code HUMANA and set up your account using any email address.
- When prompted for location, choose “Allow Once" and select Humana Waterside Café.
- Enable push notifications to receive order updates and promotions.
Opt Into Rewards
There are two ways to join the rewards program:
- If you've already downloaded the Savour app: Place a mobile order through Savour to enable rewards account or complete a $0 “Rewards Registration” transaction which is found in any menu.
- Alternatively, enroll in rewards at any kiosk. Select “Sign up" when asked “Are you a member?" You'll receive a sign-up link via text message after checkout. Fill out the form and click “Register.” When you download the Savour app, choose “I already have an account” and enter the log-in information you used to enroll in rewards.
You can view rewards in the Rewards tab of the app or printed on your receipt.
New Self-Checkout Kiosks
Order and pay for deli and grill items faster with new kiosks located just outside the café - fewer steps, quicker checkout.
All other food stations and the Steamboat Café will continue with walk-up ordering through a Flik team member, just like today.
Once your Savour account is set up, simply enter your phone number at the kiosk or with a cashier to earn rewards – no badge or QR code needed.
What About My QuickCharge Account?
QuickCharge funds will not transfer to the new system. Any remaining balances will be refunded seven weeks after the Humana Tower café closes.
